Halloween Onomatopoeia Poems. |
NearPod Digital Citizenship |
Students create their own poetry using Google Slides as a Google classroom assignment. In the lesson, students will learn what an onomatopoeia is by watching a little video, reading some onomotopoeia poems, and then will write their own poem. Finally, they will upload their poem on Padlet to share them with the rest of the class.

Students will learn more about digital citizenship through an interactive presentation. They will draw, write, and answer questions throughout the presentation to check for understanding of the material. There are different presentations based on the age level of the students.

Pumkin Glyph
Students will answer a variety of questions about themselves on paper first. Then they will create their own jack-o-lantern based on their answers. There is a writing activity that could accompany it, if you choose.
